Greetings from Haiti.  today was our first day at the job site and we got a lot done.  It was great.
Most of the team has worked at this church before but it was new to me and really neat.

We are going to be doing concrete work at the church and we will be doing a 2 day vbs with the children later in the week.  It should be exciting to teach the children some bible stories about Jesus (maybe they will teach us some things too).  We met some of the children at the job site today.  they were anxious to "help" pushing the wheelbarrows.  I get a heart warming feeling seeing these Haitian families who have so little sharing with us what they have.  believe me, they have a lot of love.  It makes me so thankful to have my wonderful family at home supporting me.  there will be more news later.
